Digital Platform Architect & Agentic AI Builder
12+ years architecting enterprise digital platforms on Adobe Experience Platform. Now building the next layer — agentic AI systems that think, plan, and execute. I write about what I build, and build what I write about.

Who I Am
I'm an AEM Architect with over 12 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise digital platforms on the Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem — AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Tags, and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
My work has lived at the intersection of platform architecture and business outcomes. I've led complex AEM implementations, cloud migrations, and headless delivery strategies for organisations across multiple industries. I know what makes these projects succeed — and more importantly, what makes them fail.
Beyond the AEP world, I build cloud-native backend systems using Spring Boot and microservices architecture on AWS and Azure. My most recent full-stack project, hopnshoppe, is an e-commerce application built on these principles — microservices, cloud deployment, and the kind of engineering discipline I apply to every production system.
In the last two years, I've been deliberately expanding into the next frontier: agentic AI systems. I'm not interested in AI as a buzzword. I'm interested in multi-agent orchestration as a genuine architectural discipline — pipelines that research, reason, critique, and publish with minimal human intervention.
I'm currently building toward Principal/Software Architect roles in cloud-native and AI-integrated systems, where platform depth meets agentic capability.

What I'm Building
Selected work — enterprise consulting, open source, and experiments at the edge.
Multi-Agent Blog Pipeline
FeaturedA five-agent orchestration system built with Claude Code — Research, Uniqueness Checker, Writer, Critic, and Publisher agents coordinated via CLAUDE.md files with file-based state management. Targets high-quality technical blogs on AEP and Agentic AI.
AEM as an MCP Server
Designing and implementing AEM content repositories as AI-readable knowledge bases using the Model Context Protocol. Enables LLMs to query, traverse, and understand AEM content structures directly — bridging two decades of enterprise content with the AI era.
AEM Cloud Migration Accelerator
Architecture patterns, assessment frameworks, and migration playbooks for AEM 6.5 → AEM as a Cloud Service transitions. Includes code quality analysis, technical debt mapping, and phased delivery strategies for enterprise-scale implementations.

GitNexus Deep Dive: The Knowledge Graph for AI Coding Agents
How GitNexus gives AI coding agents real codebase awareness - the indexing pipeline, Leiden clustering, hybrid BM25+RRF search, and when to use it.
Semantic Caching in Production: Beyond the Hype
How I built a 4-layer semantic cache for e-commerce search - two-zone thresholds, adaptive TTL, Kafka invalidation, and six production pitfalls nobody documents.
AEM 6.5 Clients: Are You Planning Your Next Move Before Support Phases Change?
AEM 6.5's last service pack is SP26, with support ending February 2027. Here's an honest breakdown of your two paths - LTS or AEMaaCS - and why the organisations that wait are the ones I see scrambling.
